above - the stunning Blackpool Sands beach approx six mins drive from property

DartView is one of the few properties in Dartmouth with a close range open view down to near embankment as well as a
full width river view all the way across - the river view from many properties is only over rooftops

above left - light, bright, comfortably furnished lounge above right- spacious double bedroom with period features, fireplace, chest of drawers and wardrobe

above - this property is in an area blessed with numerous absolutely stunning (not an exagerrated claim) beaches.
In addition to the beaches nearest the property (e.g. Blackpool Sands and Slapton) it's well worth exploring just a little further
e.g. South Milton/ Thurlestone (pictured above) Bantham and Hope Cove - approx thirty mins drive.

One of the day cruise boats - as seen from sofa and.. apologies for repetition but....DartView is one of the few properties
with a close range, open view, all the way down to the nearside river embankment (see cannon in above pic) as well as
full width river view all the way across to Kingswear. This is a relatively rare feature as the river view from most properties
is only over the rooftops and then onto the river thus denying you a full width river view.
