A fabulous south-facing property on the top of a small hill overlooking the Moraira bay. A small and quiet residential development of just sixteen very large, semi-detached, 2 floor houses sharing a beautiful fifteen metre pool with terrace, BBQ area, toilets and shower. Stunning location. Amazing sea views. Spacious and luxurious with private garden ideal for sunbathing. Beaches 10 minutes, shops 5 minutes by car. Above right pic is the rear of property and the above second from left photo is neigbouring property (identical except smaller) 200 metres from Villa Sol Moraira- this photo used to show the bay view.  Its impossible to get that exact same shot from Villa Sol Moraira as one can’t get that far behind and above the property. However as you can see from all our other pictures, our views are just as spectacular.  Broadband Internet.

The entrance level upper floor comprises kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and separate lounge with patio doors opening on to the balcony.


Downstairs are two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, large covered terrace and secluded garden area for sun bathing. The south facing balcony and downstairs garden have sun all day.

The interior is uncluttered yet well equipped with kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, comfortable lounge sofas, spacious bathroom with double vanity sinks, bidet and bath with shower. All this plus seclusion, space and stunning open views. Broadband Internet, Satellite TV, winter heating by way of radiators and gas fires. Parking either right outside the property or on the quiet road a short walk from the front door.

The property is in a small development consisting of two short rows of properties on the hillside overlooking the bay. The house is located at the end of the row which is good for privacy because no-one else needs to come to or come past the property therefore a car can be left outside the house without causing any obstruction.

So, you can park right outside the door. It’s cramped but absolutely do-able. Because it’s a narrow driveway though it’s not good for a big car. Normally we have a Peugot 308 car or Golf or Focus 1.6 and we (and many other guests) have managed fine with parking over many years. If you had a bigger car its best to leave it out on the (very quiet) road approx two hundred metres from the front door).

If leaving car in driveway outside property, reverse car into another space (on your way out) so that it's facing forward for driving out. Alternatively, turn it on your way in, then reverse to a spot outside the house. Failing that, on your way out, it’s always possible to simply reverse the whole way along the drive, up the slope and out the entrance gate. Or, just use street approx two hundred metres from the front door. Either way – no problem
