spectacular location with panoramic views of Moraira and the bay yet still so close to beaches restaurants and shops

Above - shows the beautiful location of the properties in relation to the bay and the surrounding greenery. The house partly visible is a neighbour 200 metres from Villa SolMoraira. It’s identical except smaller than Villa SolMoraira.  To get that particular bay view, taken from an elevated position behind the properties, that bit of house is unavoidable.  Its impossible to get that exact same shot from Villa SolMoraira as one can’t get that far behind and above the property. However as you can see from all our other pictures, our views are just as spectacular

Large, south facing sun balcony with enough space for dining table and sun loungers, breathtaking views

some comments from previous guests...

"A wonderful holiday! We liked mostly the cosy furnishing, the complete kitchen, Sat TV, Internet Access, the calmness and of course the AAA view!

We watched the huge firework of Moraira's summer fiesta from the balcony and my son learned to swimm in the pool as well. Many thanks for the friendly service, reliable and quick informations."

(Tashi, Marianne and Pema )

“Hi, just to let you know what a wonderful time we had!  The villa is absolutely beautiful, we loved it.  It was so well equipped and the information you provided was so detailed and helpful.  The views from the villa were spectacular and we loved Moraira.  We had a car, so we did a bit of touring, found some lovely places thanks to your tips! All in all, one of the best holidays we’ve had”

(Paula and Terry)

“We loved the open plan aspect upstairs and the stunning views from every window / terrace. It was situated in one of the most tranquil settings we have experienced and we appreciated the easy access to everywhere - Teulada, Javea, Benissa, Calpe and of course Moraira. The house was spotlessly clean, we could fault nothing. We certainly will use the villa again..”
(Kathy and Bryan Linfoot)

“.....wanted to write and tell you what a great time we all had ...The view in the morning, while our baby had her mid-morning nap and the 3-year old watched CBeebies, was wonderful. Superbly situated for trips up and down the coast, proximity to shopping, fab beaches and excellent restaurants

a few more guest comments ...

“So often, the photographs never match the reality -this time they were spot on! The views were breathtaking ….something we could never tire of.
(Ray & Marie King)

"A superb holiday. We've been to Moraira often and this property / location delivered real value for money. The house is quite a bit bigger than most in that price range and it was exceptionally comfortable and well equipped (broadband, dishwasher and Satellite TV).  We had a problem with the TV one evening but owner sorted it immeidately (it was a storm which knocked dish out of alignment). It was nice to be in a very quiet part of Moraira with such nice views.
(Jack Malone)

“the Villa was superb ...the location was perfect..”
(Dave Johnson)

“…astounding views from all windows, garden and balcony... peace and serenity… will  make recommendations to family and friends”
(Lesley Inquieti)

The Villa

Regarding the villa ...this property is nicely ‘different’ from the more typical "holiday homes"and the surroundings are gorgeous. You’re not on a crowded ‘development’ hearing other people eating their dinners at night! You’ll feel real privacy here and love the panoramic sea and mountain views while appreciating the fact that you’re only a few minutes from the best beaches and everything of interest. The property sleeps five comfortably, is very roomy (not typical box-size rooms), furnished comfortably, is really well equipped and benefits from it’s own garden area as well as the south facing balcony for all day sun.

It’s in Moraira 's best area (this is not an area of holiday home complexes). Sleeps 4 or 5 comfortably. Excellent value compared to rates charged for other properties with similar location, views and size.

2 big bedrooms, 1 bathroom(with double sinks, shower and bath) South facing sun balcony & private garden, shared pool.  Satellite TV.

Access to broadband internet is available.
This can be requested at time of booking for a modest additional charge.

It’s something just that little bit different. A spacious, secluded, two-storey, hillside villa with breathtaking sea, mountain and vineyard views. South-facing, all day sun. A roomy villa (140m2) in Moraira's most exclusive area. Sleeps 5 in two large bedrooms and double sofa bed in lounge. The property shares a large pool and is just minutes from Moraira's fantastic family-friendly beaches, restaurants and marina and three minutes from the charming market town of Teulada. More excellent beaches at Javea, Denia, Calpe and Altea 10-20 minutes away. Large rooms, great views and privacy.

Moraira – the area

This area is without doubt one of THE most impressive in Spain. A totally different world from Spain's overdeveloped tourist ghettos. Beautiful scenery. No high-rise development. Beaches with a carefully preserved natural beauty which defies description. And all of this almost right on your doorstep.

Moraira lies on the South Eastern coast of Spain in a sheltered bay and is a rare location in terms of Spanish coastal areas. Beautiful, green, still unspoilt and with an enormous variety of genuinely charming locations to visit both coastal and inland rural. It has one of the best climates of continental Europe and is ideal for year round visiting. Sea breezes in summer and protected against the cold North winds in winter.

Moraira, situated in a picturesque bay, has grown from a small fishing village to a pretty holiday and retirement resort with considerable charm. It has a large marina, an excellent variety of shops, several large supermarkets selling English foods, a weekly open market and many superb restaurants and bars offering both Spanish and international cuisine. There are excellent local beaches, ideal for snorkelling, windsurfing, scuba diving, jet-skiing or just sunbathing.

The area boasts several golf courses within easy reach, and other leisure facilities include tennis, squash, football, boat hire and trips, horse riding, go-kart racing and several good night clubs. Just forty minutes drive from Moraira is the lively resort of Benidorm and Terra Mitica, the internationally acclaimed theme park.

The two gently shelving beaches have been awarded the prestigious EEC Blue Flags for cleanliness, along with another 32 beaches throughout the Costa Blanca - far more than any other Costa in Spain.

Moraira has no high-rise hotels or apartment blocks due to very strict planning controls. The area is almost exclusively for villa owners and discerning individuals who prefer independent holidays. The lush green hills are dotted with luxury villas and small holiday complexes set amongst pine woods, vine terracesand olive groves.

Moraira people are friendly and helpful to tourists. English is widely spoken, and even though many Spanish love to practice their English on you, they will appreciate your attempts to speak Spanish!

Moraira is a one hour drive from Alicante airport and about one and a half hours from Valencia. Road connections are very good. There are local buses, a rail service to Valencia and Benidorm, and many taxi companies.

To fully appreciate the area we recommend you hire a car. There is ample car parking in Moraira.
